Quality Assurance

Every bodyboard we sell is made in the USA and shipped directly from our USA facility to you. Each board is inspected before shipping, and then checked one final time right before packing to confirm it leaves our hands in perfect condition. What you receive is exactly what passed that final inspection.

Returns

Because every board is inspected twice before it ships, returns are only accepted for genuine factory defects. If your bodyboard arrives with a manufacturing issue, contact us and we will make it right.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Damage caused by improper use, storage, or transport after delivery

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind

To request a return, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review and respond with next steps.

Caring for Your Bodyboard

A bodyboard is a performance product, and how you treat it between sessions matters just as much as how you ride it. A little care goes a long way toward keeping your board riding like new for as long as possible.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep it cool. Store your board in a cool, shaded place. Heat is the number one enemy of foam and core materials.

• Never leave it in a vehicle. A hot car or trunk can warp, discolor, or delaminate a board in a matter of hours.

• Avoid direct sun for extended periods. Prolonged UV exposure breaks down the board's surface over time.

• Rinse after every session. Flash your board with fresh shower water after use, not chlorinated pool water. Salt, sand, and chemicals left on the board will wear it down faster.

• Dry it before storing. Let your board dry fully before putting it away or packing it up.

A Final Note

At the end of the day, a bodyboard is a bodyboard, and like any piece of gear used hard in the ocean, it has a lifespan. No board lasts forever. But we're confident that by the time yours reaches the end of its life, you'll have put in enough sessions to have leveled up your skills in the process. That's a trade worth making.

كل بورد نبيعه مصنوع في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ويُشحن مباشرة من مصنع هناك إليك. يتم فحص كل بورد قبل الشحن، ثم يخضع لفحص أخير قبل التغليف للتأكد من أنه يغادرنا بحالة ممتازة. ما تستلمه هو بالضبط ما اجتاز ذلك الفحص النهائي.

 

سياسة الإرجاع

 

نظرًا لأن كل بورد يخضع لفحص مزدوج قبل شحنه، فإن الإرجاع مقبول فقط في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي حقيقي. إذا وصلك البورد بعيب تصنيع، تواصل معنا وسنعمل على حل المشكلة.

 

لا يُقبل الإرجاع في الحالات التالية:

التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التخزين أو النقل بعد الاستلام

التآكل الطبيعي الناتج عن الاستخدام المعتاد

تغيير الرأي أو عدم الرغبة في المنتج دون سبب متعلق بالعيب

 

لتقديم طلب إرجاع، تواصل معنا خلال فترة معقولة من استلام طلبك مع رقم الطلب وصور توضح المشكلة. سنراجع الطلب ونرد عليك بالخطوات التالية.

 

كيفية العناية ببورد التزلج (البودي بورد)

 

بورد التزلج منتج مخصص للأداء، وطريقة العناية به بين الجلسات لا تقل أهمية عن طريقة استخدامه في الماء. القليل من العناية يحدث فرقًا كبيرًا في إطالة عمر البورد وأدائه.

 

يرجى مراعاة ما يلي:

حافظ عليه في مكان بارد. خزّن البورد في مكان بارد ومظلل. الحرارة هي العدو الأول لمواد الفوم والقلب الداخلي للبورد.

لا تتركه أبدًا داخل السيارة. السيارة الساخنة أو صندوقها يمكن أن يتسبب في تشوه البورد أو تغير لونه أو انفصال طبقاته خلال ساعات قليلة.

تجنب التعرض المباشر لأشعة الشمس لفترات طويلة. التعرض المطوّل للأشعة فوق البنفسجية يؤدي إلى تلف سطح البورد مع مرور الوقت.

اشطفه بعد كل استخدام. اغسل البورد بماء الدش العادي بعد كل جلسة، وليس بماء المسبح المعالج بالكلور. بقايا الملح والرمل والمواد الكيميائية على البورد تسرّع من تآكله.

جفّفه قبل التخزين. اترك البورد يجف تمامًا قبل تخزينه أو تعبئته.

 

ملاحظة أخيرة

 

في نهاية المطاف، بورد التزلج يبقى بورد تزلج، وككل معدة تُستخدم بشكل مكثف في المحيط، له عمر افتراضي. لا يوجد بورد يدوم إلى الأبد. لكننا واثقون أنه بحلول نهاية عمر بوردك، ستكون قد خضت جلسات كافية لتطوير مهاراتك بشكل احترافي. وهذه صفقة تستحق كل ثانية.
